Returns
At Ybara, each piece is made to order and handmade in Rwanda. We want you to love your purchase! Given that we do not keep inventory, we only accept store credit or exchanges. You may return or exchange any item purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please follow these guidelines to complete your return or exchange:
- Kindly get in touch with us at info@ybaradesigns.com to inform us about your intention to return your item(s)
- Please include your order number and provide clear reasons for returning your item(s). Once we receive this information, we will promptly respond with all the necessary instructions
- To process your return successfully, please make sure that the garment is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return
- Please note that we are not liable for any shipping costs and duties related to the return of your item(s). Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged item(s) during the return process
- We recommend that you ensure the return shipment, as you will be responsible for any damage to the item(s) until they reach us. We suggest using a secure and trackable method when sending your order back to us
- Upon receiving your return item(s), kindly allow up to 7 days for the return process to be completed. In the event that your return does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you
- Please note that costs associated with the return of your item(s) are not covered by us. Thus, any refund issued to you in the form of store credit will not include the return shipping fees
- All sale items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom orders and pieces with custom sizing cannot be returned or exchanged
