Shipping

Each of our pieces are handmade to order, which can take up to 15 - 20 days. Once your order is ready to ship your confirmation number will be emailed you. Please note that once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made. 

If you need your order by a specific date please email info@ybaradesigns.com and we will be able to assist you. We will try our best to accommodate you! 

  • Orders in within Rwanda will be managed through email or Instagram.  We offer flat rate delivery fee of 1000 RWF on all orders in Rwanda. If you're in the East Africa Region, please send us an email, we'll work with you to find the best shipping option. 
  • Those shipping to the US and Canada, shipping fees will depend on your state. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
  • Shipping to the UK and some countries in Asia, Europe, and Oceania is also available. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
  • The rest of the world is on a case by case basis. We're working to find the best affordable options for shipping to other parts of the world. If you see something you like, please send us an email including your location and we'll see what options are available! 
  • For orders shipped outside of Rwanda and the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are shipped. Any delays at customs once the package has reached the destination country are not under our control.

If an order cannot be processed online, you may email your order and contact number at info@ybaradesigns.com. For security reasons, emailing your credit card number is not advised. We will call you to receive credit card information once we have received your order. International shipping fees will depend on your location, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your shipment. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the item’s reshipment.

Pre-orders

Please note that shipping dates for pre-order items serve as estimates only. All pre-order items are subject to delays and cancellations. Pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Customs duties and other fees 

Please note that shipping costs that shipping costs do not cover taxes or duties. You are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country.

As these charges may vary, we cannot offer specific estimates. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for detailed information. Please ensure that all shipments comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the intended country.
